Can I get Vista / Viewpoint installed locally?

Vista by Viewpoint is a database dependent application and it can not be used outside of our internal network because it needs direct access to the database.  It really works best in the Lansing office.  It can work in regional offices but the performance would most likely be best via Virtual Desktop.  

We try to limit the number of local installations to ease the support burden as well.
