If you need immediate help on a time critical issue you can try to reach us live via the numbers below.

   517-374-0801 or Ext 0852

     An auto-attendant will answer.  Then
        Option 1 will allow you to leave a message
        Option 5 will ring all IT staff that work help desk.  

But wait… before you start calling that number ALL THE TIME, it should only be used for TIME CRITICAL IT EMERGENCIES!!

  For example:

  • You are in a conference room and the video conference equipment isn’t working minutes before a meeting.
  • It is Bid Day and your PC locked up.
  • A virus has taken over your PC.
  • Your PC is on fire!
  • Or your name is Steve Roznowski

Calling this number for a non-emergency is like cutting in line and no one likes a line cutter!

So the main goal for this is to add an option for immediate assistance for those times when it is needed.  Please don’t abuse this.  But if you find yourself in a time critical crunch we want to try to help and I hope this will allow for that in a more timely manner.
