PlanGrid Access

Please note - Procore is our corporate standard for project management and onsite iPad document management.  If you are required to use PlanGrid for a particular project you will need a license assigned to you. 

If you already have a PlanGrid account setup and you just need to be licensed, submit a Help Desk Ticket and indicate how long you will need the license.  You will be issued a Dozer level account which allows 5000 sheets.  If you require more than that, Project Executive/Director level approval is required.  You can copy them on the Help Desk ticket or reference them in the ticket and IT will contact them for verification.  

If you don't already have a PlanGrid account then follow these steps to establishing an account and get it licensed. 
Open a browser (Internet Explorer / Chrome) and go to www.plangrid.com. At the top of the page you should see a button to SIGN UP, click on it. 

You will be prompted:

Please use your Christman email address.
Once you have your account created, you can submit a Help Desk Ticket asking to get licensed as discussed above.  

The final step will be to either create* a Project in PlanGrid or have an existing Project Administrator add you to an existing project.

*All New Projects should be created as Organizational Projects
