I Need Access to Files/Teams/Etc

Project Files

Since 2022 all new projects are set up in Teams/SharePoint. In order to get access to a Team, someone on the Team must invite you.

• If the person inviting you is an Owner in the Team, you will be added immediately.
• If the person inviting you is a Member in a Team, then all Owners will be notified (via both Teams and email) with the request, which they can either approve or deny by clicking a button.

Only Christman staff should be added to Teams! Do not add guests to project Teams, as they will have full access to all project files in the Team.

Procore

Like project Teams, someone who is already part of the Procore project will need to add you to the project. This is not done by IT, as we don't know what sort of security role you will need within a particular project.

Once you're added to the project, you'll receive an invitation via email. Click the link and you'll be taken to Procore, where you'll log in with your normal Christman credentials. If you are not invited to any Procore projects, you cannot log into Procore.

Pursuits

Currently access to the Pursuits folder is restricted and is provided on a per-Pursuit basis. If you need access to a Pursuit, please put in a helpdesk ticket indicating which Pursuit you're requesting access to. Once it's been authorized, you'll be added and notified. In some cases, you may need to log out and back in to gain access (particularly if this is the first Pursuit you've been given access to).
