Any and all equipment is the property of the company and is classified as a “tool” for you to use for the purpose of conducting the business of the organization.
Usage of equipment for personal purposes should be limited to personal communications as outlined in the electronic communications policy.
Any other personal usage should be nominal, occur during personal time, and comply with all these items as well as the electronic communications policy.
Expanded personal usage of company equipment (such as using your laptop for home use or for classes for example) needs to be approved by your supervisor and the VP/Director of Technology.
