How to request new equipment

If you need to request new computer/phone equipment for you or a project site, or you are requesting the purchase of special software,  then you need to fill out the IT Purchase Request Form.

NOTE -> If you are having a technical problem with something you already have, please submit a normal Help Desk Ticket.  An IT Purchase Request is for asking for something new that you don't already have.  If you have a broken monitor, for example, you need to put in a Help Desk Ticket, not an IT Purchase Request.  If it is deemed that you need a new monitor then we will get you one after we troubleshoot.
