I'm starting up a new job/project

Starting up a new project? When starting up a new project, please use the Master Project Startup form on CuConnect. This is mandatory when setting up a new project.

Need a Procore site? Please fill out the Procore Project Site Request Form on CUConnect.

Procore Project Site Request Form

This will create tickets in our HelpDesk system to create both the Procore site and the related project Team (if your company is using Teams for saving project data)

Need only a project Team? Typically, a project Team is set up when a Procore site is requested. However, if you don't have a need for Procore at this time you can request the project Team to be set up first (we can add Procore later). Please fill out the Master Project Startup form before requesting the Team, as we create the teams using the project number.

Need a hard bid/pursuit Team? In the Michigan regions the process is the same as new projects (as bid pursuits typically have project numbers pulled for them). Outside of the Michigan region the process is similar, but you can skip the Master Project Start-up Form requirement. Just fill out the Procore Project Site Request Form and select Bidding as the Project Stage.

If you need a bid/pursuit Team and do not intend to use Procore, please submit a helpdesk ticket with the following information:

Name of project
Project Type/Market Sector (Healthcare, K-12, Higher Education, etc)
Project City, State, and ZIP

If you change your mind later a Procore site can be added by filling out the Procore Project Site Request Form at that time.
