How can I lookup phone numbers?

The Search on CuConnect.us is great for looking up phone numbers for fellow ELPs.  You can also use our simple (but powerful)  Christman Phonebook on your PC or mobile phone to lookup employee phone numbers as well as CRM contacts and contacts from our Trade Contractors Database.  Besides phone numbers, it will give you other basic information about the contact including company name, email address, and IP Phone extension.  When using it from an iPhone or Android phone, you can click links to quickly dial, email or send a text message.

If you have the 3CX application on your PC you can also lookup internal employees from there and auto-dial your phone.  This will also let you know ahead of time if they are already on the phone.  

Add the Christman Phonebook to your desktop and/or taskbar

If you want to add this as an icon in Windows follow these steps. 

1. Right Click desktop
2. Select New -> Shortcut
3. In the box Type the location of the item enter (with the quotes): "C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" "https://www.cuconnect.us/christman/Phonebook"
4. Press NEXT
5. Type a name for this shortcut like TCC Phonebook. 
6. Press Finish
7. Optional:
a. Right click on the new shortcut and select Properties
b. Click Change icon
c. Pick a new Chrome icon or hit Browse and in FILE NAME put Shell32.dll or compstui.dll for more icon options. 
d. Save changes
8. Drag and drop the new shortcut to your task bar.
