A Web Page Won't Load

If you are having issues loading a web page please follow these troubleshooting tips before putting in a ticket.

Did you try a different website such as www.google.com?  

• If you can access other websites then it probably is an issue with CuConnect.us.
• If you can't access other websites then there may be an issue with your PC's network connection or the network connection at the site where you are at currently.  

If you can't access other websites try each step below until the issue is resolved: 

1. Check your network connection.  
   1. If you are physically plugged in, is it plugged in all the way?  
   2. If plugged into a docking station, try plugging the network cord directly into your PC (not all laptops have a network jack)
   3. If connected via WiFi, make sure you are connected to the correct WiFi network.  Try disconnecting and then reconnecting.  
2. Try a different web browser.  Most PCs have both Chrome and Internet Explorer (IE), plus Windows 10 PCs have the new Windows Edge browser.   IE is no longer a current product and will eventually be unsupported. 
3. If you are in a regional office, can you access network drives?  If you can, then it probably isn't a networking issue. 
4. Are you able to get into Virtual Desktop and/or start the VPN?  Is this issue happening within Virtual Desktop?  
5. Try rebooting your PC.  Shut down completely then turn it back on.
