Scan to email not working
There is a size limit for email attachments! If you are scanning a very large document with many pages, or a color document which will result in a much larger file size, it may not be able to be delivered via email.
In many cases we might be able to set up a Scan to File option which will go directly to a Fileserver. Put in a HD Ticket and we'll work with you.
Otherwise, try breaking the document up into smaller sections or try scanning in Black and White.
