VPN - Logging on
You will have the option of connecting to the VPN before you log onto your PC. This way your logon script will run which is what “maps” your network drive letters. If you are not already logged on you will typically see a message similar to this. This is to remind you to logon via the VPN client when you are not in the office. If you've never seen this message then you probably don't have the VPN setup on your laptop.
So... when you are NOT in a regional office and if you are not already logged on, look for the little icon at the bottom right that looks like two monitors (in Windows 11 the icon looks like a padlock and key). Make sure you log-on using that option which is called “Network sign-in.”

Make sure you are connected to a network!! If you see the symbol below then you are not. Click it and connect to a network first.
You should see a screen similar to this with “TCC-VPN” under the graphic. Just logon with your normal Christman credentials and the VPN will connect during the logon process. You will get logged on with all of your network drives.
