Why Are Emails I Send Not Being Received?
Question: Why does a certain company or person have problems receiving my emails? I'm not getting a "kick back" or "undelivered" email back.
Answer: If you're not getting a message back indicating the email was not delivered, then the email was delivered to their server. What happens after that (e.g. whether it makes it to the user's mailbox) we can't say as we don't have access to their servers. If our server could not connect to their server, or their server rejected the emails, you should normally get an email back indicating there was a problem.
The recipient will need to get with their mail administrators to see what happened to these emails. It's possible that it is in their spam filter, or perhaps they have a rule set up in their mailbox that's taking action on your emails and moving them before they see them (these are the most typical reasons when we are looking into this for our users who aren't receiving emails from others).
If your message contains an attachment, try sending a simple test email without an attachment. If that goes through, then that would tell us that something on their end doesn't like your attachment. It could be too big, or of a file type that their system doesn't accept, etc.
More Assistance: If you help getting to the bottom of this issue, put in a Help Desk ticket and we can look at the email logs to see if they give us a better idea of what is going on...
