I can't view (or print) a PDF
Most Christman field staff use BlueBeam for PDFs. You yourself may use something different. Irregardless, sometimes PDFs look, print, and act differently in various PDF "viewers."
If this happens, the simplest and quickest thing to do is to simply try an alternate viewer. This doesn't mean you have to wait for an IT person to install Adobe or some other product on your computer! You may not even realize that you probably already have at least two other PDF viewers on your computer. Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge!
Simply find the PDF File you want to view in Windows Explorer and right-click on it, then select the "Open with" option. This will show you the other programs on your PC that may be able to view your PDF. For example, below you can see that Microsoft Edge could be selected. Your available programs will differ from the example below.
