ELP Resource Gateway - Unable to Sign In
If you are seeing this help article, we were not able to sign you into the ELP Resource Gateway.
The Gateway uses your Christman Microsoft Account to sign you in.
Possible reasons:
- You have not yet been setup.
- You used an incorrect Microsoft Account. If you have a personal Microsoft account this could cause conflicts.
- Try using the Microsoft Edge browser.
- There may be something wrong with the system currently.
You can use the help desk beacon in the lower right to put in a Help Desk Ticket.
