How do I remove Christman email from my iPhone or iPad?
You may want to remove your Christman email from your iPhone or iPad if you are switching devices or leaving the company. You may also want to do so to try to fix a problem, in which case you would then add the account back to the device.
Steps to delete Christman email from IOS Device.
- Go into the device Settings.
- Tap Accounts & Passwords (on some devices it is called Passwords & Accounts)
- Tap on your Christman account on the right side; the default name for this is Exchange but you may have named it something different when you set it up.
- Make sure that Account has your Christman email address displayed. If it does not you may be in the wrong configuration settings.
- Tap Delete Account near the bottom and then tap Delete again on the confirmation pop-up.
