What do you want to do now?

Room Capabilities: 

• Video Conference - Single Screen LifeSize unit.  Table top conference phone. 
• Screen Sharing - Single Screen ClickShare unit. 
• Blinds - there are wall controls the put up/down window blinds. 
• Lights - Use the lighting panel on the wall.  Tip - use the second button from the top for the best lighting. 
• Climate - If the room is too warm or cold, you can rotate the knob on the Climate Controller.

Instructions for Video Conferencing

The LifeSize phone on the table controls the dialing, audio, the camera, etc.  

1. Turn on the TV - Using the Vizio remote control.

2. Set the TV to HDMI1 - Using the Vizio remote. 

3. Place your call - Using the LifeSize phone on the table.

4. Showing your screen - If you want to share your laptop screen, you can connect to the room's ClickShare unit and then start the presentation on the LifeSize (there is a button on the phone for this).  Alternatively, you can use the BlueJeans video conferencing client on your PC to join the meeting and share your screen that way.

5. When done - Please hang-up, turn off the TV, and turn off the lights.  

Instructions for Screen Sharing

Up to (2) devices can be displayed on the screen in this room at one time.

1. Turn on the TV - Using the Vizio remote control.
2. Set the TV to HDMI2 - Using the Vizio remote. 
3. Connect to the screen - using a USB Dongle, HDMI built into the table (coming soon), or one of the many other ways available with the ClickShare unit.
