Dealing with Spam Email

In general, you do NOT need to report generic Spam emails. Spam email by definition is unsolicited bulk email and over 50% of email we receive is Spam. Emails that are possibly/likely spam will be filtered to your Junk E-mail folder in Outlook. However, some email that you may consider spam will slip through from time to time. If you get such an email and there does not seem to be anything malicious about it (it is just someone trying to sell something) please do NOT report those. Just delete them and know that we can't block everything!

If the email is suspicious, has an odd attachment, has a link to follow, etc. this could be more dangerous and you should report it just to be on the safe side.
